It's October 29, 2014, 6:38 PM in Manila,Philippines.Now it's 6:39. I am currently watching
It was during the 1st or 2nd meeting during the first semester when my art teacher gave us an assignment which is to buy a journal with no lines, she told us that we could write anything in our journal and she wouldn't judge us (she checks it occasionally and it goes on through out the whole school year) . She told us to express ourselves and we did. My journal consists mainly of sketches but there are also rants. It felt good to pour down all my stress on a journal so I thought why not make a blog? I didn't tell anyone about it, I didn't need to, it was just a thought. I can't believe it took me that long to make a blog, but i'm glad that i'm doing it now.
So for my first post, I decided to introduce myself.
My name is Mikaella, just like Michaela but with a different spelling. My name is the feminine version of the name Michael, just like the archangel. I'm turning 14 this November and I study in a private school exclusively for girls. I'm half Asian and half African (pretty cool, huh?). I dream too big. I dream the impossible, but I don't mind. It makes me feel unique, it makes me feel like I have something to live for, it makes me feel like a child again.
I'm too lazy to write all these in paragraph form so i'm just going to do the thing people do these days. Fun facts about me.
1. I am a person who believes in the social, political, and economical equality of all sexes. (I'm a feminist.)
2. I have a birthmark that resembles the shape of Africa (sort of).
3. I enjoy listening to songs with sad lyrics.
4. I listen to INDIE music :D (most of the songs in my playlist are indie, though I do make exceptions.)
5. I am a Lana Del Rey fan :D
6. I have a small scar beside my left eye (it has a pathetic story behind it -_-)
7.I tend to place my hand on my neck as if i'm chocking myself whenever I watch a movie or whenever I read a book. (Simply put, when I have no place to put my hands on.)
8. I like apples.
9. I dream to be a fashion designer.
10. I also want to be an artist.
11. I enjoy sketching and painting.
12. I have weird thoughts.
13.I can tie my hair using only a strand of my hair. ( no hair tie)
14. I have hugged a baby tiger in Africa when I was a child.
15. There's this thing I do every night where I just sit and space out and think about my life or any random thing.
16. I observe people. (not in a creepy, stalker-mode way)
17. I LOVE shopping.
18. I LOVE Christmas!
19. I wish to travel around the world.
20. I look like i'm crying instead of laughing every time I laugh too hard.
I think that's all you need to know for an introduction, or maybe it was too much? Eh, it doesn't matter.
I'm thinking of telling you guys the story of how I got my scar in my next post.
Maybe I will. Anyway, it's time for me to read fanfics! YAY!
I hope you liked my first post, it feels great! Thank you for reading this :)
Stay tuned for the next post?

K-ON! !, an anime I used to watch as a child, my stomach is grumbling and i'm not doing anything about it (too lazy to get food.)
